Held on 21 November 2025 at the Hilton Hotel Park Lane in London, this year’s Property Investor Awards was a fantastic evening and a real celebration of the creativity and ambition driving the UK Property and Real Estate sector. The atmosphere felt lively from the moment we arrived, and it was energising to be surrounded by so many people who are pushing the industry forward. It’s always a special occasion, but this year’s event felt especially inspiring.
Given our dedicated Property and Real Estate Division we were pleased to be involved in the event by sponsoring and presenting the Commercial Development of the Year Award. It was great to recognise Manni Chopra and Anna Romanenko of Broad House Limited, whose winning project was a standout for vision, attention to detail and excellence. Their achievement is the kind of forward thinking that is shaping the future of commercial development. Well done to them both.
We chatted with developers, investors and professionals from across the property world. Conversations flowed easily and it was clear just how much passion there is for building spaces that work for businesses, communities and the wider economy. Seeing the shortlist this year reminded us just how innovative the sector is. Every category had some amazing talent and a willingness to take bold ideas and make them happen.
For us, events like these are why we do what we do. Behind every development is a team of people taking on big risks and big opportunities. Our role is to support them with bespoke insurance that covers their property portfolios and building projects. Being involved in the awards is a great reminder of the difference we can make.

Looking ahead, the Property Investor Awards have announced an exciting development for 2026 with the appointment of Nada Jarnaz as Chair of the Awards. Nada, Director of Development Origination at Maslow Capital, brings extensive experience across real estate finance, development and structured lending, alongside a long-standing role on the judging panel since 2018. Succeeding Richard Bowser, her appointment signals a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and transparency as the Property Investors Awards enters an exciting new chapter for 2026.
